For this fun summer dress I choose a short sleeved cotton top with pineapple graphic. For the bottom part I used multicolored tie dye jersey fabrics, finished with colorful cord around the sleeves and bottom edges.

Chest - 18 inches (47cm.) - (from armpit to armpit - with lots of stretch).
Length from shoulder to bottom hem - 33 inches ( 85cm.)
Hips - 23 inches (60cm.) with some stretch.
